When I grow up, I want to work for a woke company like super woke when I grow up. When I grow up, I want to be hired based on what I look like rather than my skills. I want to be judged by my political beliefs. I want to get promoted based on my chromosomes. When I grow up, I want to be offended by my coworkers and walk around the office on eggshells and have my words policed by HR. Words like grandfather peanut gallery, long time to see, no can do. When I grow up, I want to be obsessed with emotional safety and do workplace sensitivity training all day long. When I grow up, I want to climb the corporate ladder just by following the crowd. I want to be a conformist. I want to weaponize my pronouns. What are pronouns?

Speaker 5:

Is it time for a Texan? We'll hear from a former congressman who first introduced a Texas bill and why he's now running for Texas State House. Also on deck is the stepdaughter of Walt Disney. There's no question that many of our courts are now corrupt. Otherwise, she's passionate about judicial reform and what she's doing about it. It's Tuesday, February 6th, I'm Christy Lee and this is the Counter-Narrative. Music. All right by now. You've seen the reports of layoffs across multiple media platforms. You've heard Wappo's Taylor Lorenz whining that journalists aren't getting paid enough, even seeing some argue that legacy media should be subsidized by we, the taxpayers. It's ridiculous. There's no self-reflection on why the American public is tuning out. Red state has it right the crisis in mainstream media is due to the rise of independent journalism and the reporting of truth. Talk about not getting paid enough. Truth tellers can't be bought, so it's not like there's a whole lot of money on this side of the aisle, but any monetization efforts are quickly squashed. Elite journalists underestimated and disrespected their audience, and they felt it, so they saw out alternatives. Mainstream journalists traded in the tenets of journalism of being a voice for the voiceless and holding those in power accountable as a service to the public for cheering on censoring voices, being a mouthpiece for the powerful and speaking down to them, down to the public, as the gatekeepers of information. Cnn and others are now melting down that a journalist would effort to interview a foreign leader. It's true, moshes.

Speaker 7:

A massive shakeup in Kiev coming as Putin is trying to court the MAGA GOP in the United States. In fact, one of the leaders of the MAGA GOP is in Moscow tonight. It's the man you see here with the MAGA leader, donald Trump, tucker Carlson, possibly there in Moscow to interview Putin. Definitely there, as a Putin-supporting celebrity.

Speaker 5:

Just listen to how Russian state Wow, a journalist interviewing a foreign leader, the nerve. He didn't get approval from the deep state, because of course it was fine when Barbara Walters interviewed Putin and others. The CNN host has to litter her script with adjectives like MAGA and alt-right to sensationalize an interview of a foreign leader as CNN's readings plummet. But I mean just it's laughable how much she has to say MAGA and instance. When is Tucker a MAGA leader? I mean they just think they can define for you what people are and spew that out for their propaganda. And these are the same talking heads that have parroted safe and effective for Pfizer, booster after booster after booster. And our elections are safe and secure, even as articles like this next one came out, or come out nearly every day From the New Jersey monitor. Ex-atlantic City Council president charged in voter fraud scheme. Federal authorities arrested Democratic operative Craig Callaway who you see there, alleging he masterminded a male ballot fraud scheme in the run up to the 2022 election. Us attorneys accused Callaway and other unnamed subordinates of paying Atlantic City residents between $30 and $50 to act as authorized messengers and request male in ballots for voters whom they had never met. Prosecutors alleged that those ballots were later cast without the voter's knowledge. Sounds a bit like what happened in Michigan and other parts across the US. How many got away with this in 2020? The largest male in ballot election ever, but safe and secure. Just keep on repeating it and hope it will stick for people. Is it really that much of a stretch to tie the open border to getting more votes? In light of all this, the illegals are already getting much more than actual citizens of America From the national pulse whistleblower reveals how migrants get free hotels, food, health care, tablets, ubers and more. The whistleblower says that the Department of Children and Families in Massachusetts believes migrant families all need a crib, stroller, toys, et cetera, and hotel management is quote required to order them new from Amazon with next day delivery Unbelievable. I certainly don't have everything new for my new baby infant and I had to do the whole baby registry. I didn't have anyone ordering next day delivery for me. I mean, I'm just a measly citizen, though. It's not just Democrats pushing a disastrous border bill, though. Revolver News reports a GOP Rhino Senator advocating for the bill's passage once said 13-year-olds can consent to sex. In 2009, us Senator James Lankford worked at a Baptist Conference Center camp. The family of a 13-year-old girl sued a 15-year-old boy who was alleged to have had sex with her at the camp. In a 2010 deposition. In the case, given a week after he was elected to his first term in the US House, lankford testified that he believed a 13-year-old could consent to sex. Wonder what the Dems have on him. Wonder if that has anything to do with his support for the disastrous Senate bill? The more I learn about that bill which, remember, gives 75 times more to Ukraine than the border, the worse it gets. From Julie Kelly, the scariest provision of all. Just check out this tweet. It shows part of the bill here. The United States District Court for the District of Columbia shall have soul and original jurisdiction to hear challenges, whether constitutional or otherwise, to the validity of this section or any written policy directive, written policy guideline, written procedure or the implementation thereof, issued by, under the authority of the secretary the secretary secretary, marie Orkus, who's under impeachment hearings right now to implement this section. Unbelievable, whether constitutional or otherwise. What so? Now the DC court can just automatically, in a bill, write itself above the Supreme Court, the Supreme Law of the Land. As Julie Kelly points out, this is the same court that has single-handedly dismantled due process, created a class of political prisoners, eradicated executive privilege and otherwise acts as a rubber stamp for the regime. Of course they want it to only go through the DC court. Here's what President Trump has to say about the Senate bill. Watch this.

Speaker 9:

This is not possible to believe that a thing like this could happen. You already have, you don't need a bill. I had the safest border in the history of our country. We had no bill. I just said close the border, it's closed. Then I went to Mexico. I negotiated with Mexico. They gave us 28,000 troops. They gave us a lot of other things. Stay in Mexico, remain, we called it. Remain in Mexico. They gave us that.

Speaker 5:

It's really astonishing how the left frames stories From Politico. Senate's border deal teeters on a brink of collapse. And here it is from the article quote it's internal GOP angst that's fueling the likelihood of a thulabuster during an expected test vote on Wednesday. After Senate Republicans met for 90 minutes on Monday night to discuss the border deal that a trio of senators forged over the past four months, a few of them emerged willing to say they would vote to advance the $118 billion package. Well, you know, politico makes it sound like billions would be going to the border, with that sentence that this is a border deal, not our border, certainly not Just a small amount to our border. And then there is this, another quote from that same article. It's a stunning turnabout from just a few months ago, when Republicans demanded border security policy changes to pair with $60 billion in Ukraine, aid requested by Biden. Now Republicans' support for the legislation is vanishingly hard to find. Again, they act like it was Republicans that wanted a border deal and that they got one. And now they're suddenly are upset and don't want the border deal Again. This article offers no context that the support for Ukraine in this bill is 75 times more than for our border. It even includes more to secure Ukraine's border, while we see our own invaded daily. After this Supreme Court effectively ruled against Texas about the barbed wire barriers, many Texans are fed up altogether in talking about a secession again yes, again. This is certainly not the first time that there's been talk about an independent Texas. Kyle Biederman first introduced HB 1359, commonly referred to as the Texas Bill, when in Congress he served as member of the Texas House of Representatives for District 73 from 2017 to 2023, and he's now running for Texas State House, district 19. He's a father, grandfather, business owner and Christian conservative. Welcome back to the show, kyle Biederman. It's been a while. I'm so glad to have you. You're back, you're busy, you're on the road for a whole nother seat. So I wanted to talk to you today most specifically about that Texas Texas bill. When you introduced it, that wasn't actually to just sissy from the United States. That was just to give, kind of the first step for Texans to assert independence right.

Speaker 10:

That's correct. And, kristi, thank you for letting me come on again. I really appreciate being on with you last time and you know, I was a state representative for six years and to my last session I introduced the Texas Independence Bill, which, of course, the media and everybody else immediately called the Secession Bill, which had nothing to do with secession in the bill. It had to do with preparing if Texas would need to ever secede and, of course, getting a plan together, getting a process together. And again, it didn't take a rocket science just to realize what was happening at the border and what's happening with the federal government and the fact that Texas needs to really protect itself from going down with the ship if that's what happens with the federal government. And so my bill was to form a committee and in the Texas Legislature and let's start talking about the future and the vision for Texas. And can we be in our own if things really get bad, which obviously I think everybody feels things are getting really bad right now?

Speaker 5:

Yeah, absolutely. And you know, especially with that Supreme Court decision I mean it wasn't exactly how the media on both sides framed it that it wasn't necessarily against Texas. I mean, it was more complicated than that, but either way, it certainly made people feel like man, we just need to be independent. If the federal government is not going to protect us from invasion like they're supposed to in the Constitution, then maybe we should be talking about secession again. And of course, as you said, a lot of the media ran with the headlines about that. This would spur on the movement even more. But you know, a lot of these articles are end up with paragraphs just talking about how unlikely that would ever be and saying how that couldn't happen because of a Supreme Court decision Texas versus white from 1869 that basically made it so we couldn't. So can you explain, is that fair for them to take such a pessimistic view?

Speaker 10:

I guess from these news articles, Well, that's all you get the same tired historians that want to have revisionist history. What happened back after the Civil War? Of course it was a whole different atmosphere. We just fought a war. We killed hundreds of thousands of our own people. It was devastating, and so people wanted to make sure that never happened again. But that was back in the Civil War, and that bill or that Supreme Court decision was not law, just like Roe versus Wade is not law and was not law. It got changed because it wasn't right. It should have been a state's issue, and there was a lot of things wrong with that decision back in 1865. But you know, that's not even the point. Just go back to the United States Constitution. The Constitution actually tells us if we have a government that is overbearing and is not staying in line, according to the Constitution, that the people need to rise up, and so that's what it's all about. And then, of course, the Constitution gives us the authority to enforce federal law if a state is being invaded, and there is no question that Texas is being invaded and has been for many, many years. So you take both of those together. We definitely have the right to do this, and look what we're doing at the border right now? We're actually seeing Texas or Texas independence or 10th Amendment rights or the US Constitution happening in front of our eyes. This is an exciting time in history. We finally have a state standing up against the federal government and what happened right away? 23 other states joined with us. This is how we get leverage over the federal government, states taking back the rights the Constitution gave us from our founding fathers. So this is happening in front of our eyes, without legislation and without going to the Supreme Court to see if it's okay. The Supreme Court made a decision and we're just not going to abide by it, but it's not law.

Speaker 5:

And it's not constitutional, if you understand your Constitution. It was really encouraging Kyle to see other governors of other states come and stand in unity with Texas on this issue, asserting state rights. What is not united is the GOP overall, and it's funny that Nikki Haley she once said that she would never run If Trump was running and then reversed that. So I guess it's no surprise that she reversed her stance on secession. Even ABC News covered that she had once said that states can absolutely secede and then she reversed it and said no, they can't. When she was confronted on this, she's like oh well, that's when I was a Tea Party candidate and we were under a lot of oppression from the government. It's like what are we under now? If we were under an oppressive government, then how are we not under an oppressive government now? Thoughts on that.

Speaker 10:

Well, you could just tell that's a politician for you. They're going to say whatever they think is popular in the room at the time. They don't have a belief. They don't have the principles and the values that really takes to be a courageous conservative patriot. And obviously she's not because and she admitted it, oh, I did that because I was talking to some Tea Party people Well, obviously she doesn't even believe it. But the point is here I am running for reelection. Actually, I didn't run. I took a year of session off, so I'm actually coming back and running against an incumbent. So when I come back, I'm running against an incumbent again. And I really felt like my challenger was going to use a throw text in my face and just like they're doing it to Nikki Haley. And they were going to throw in my face and oh boy, kyle, you're such a clown for doing Texas. This is never going to happen. Well, I would have stood strong on everything I did because I really, truly believe I was right. And now we see what's going on at the border. I was 100% right. Texas needs to be planning for the future and we should have started years ago. And now we see what's happening. We don't have a plan. We stood up against the federal government, but Governor Abbott does not have a plan. We need a plan. Fortunately we have the other states joining us, but Nikki Haley just showed her true colors of a true politician that will say whatever sounds good in the room at the time, and then she has the backtrack and it's just very unfortunate.

Speaker 5:

It is unfortunate and I'm glad you mentioned that. I'm very excited that you're running again. We need people like you that are running to represent us. Texas State House District 19 is what you're running for. And just a quick plug early voting starts February 20th and election day is March 5th, so make sure you keep file Peter and mine. But you said you mentioned that you know you thought maybe people might attack you on this Texas issue, but it does really seem like the sentiment in the tide is turning and people are more prone to be like oh, we absolutely should have that option to at least look into secession. And I want to get your opinion on this because I always have to check myself. You know, am I in an echo chamber? Because it just seems so logical when I think about everything on my own. But you have to wonder if we are reaching even those on the other side of the aisle, especially with Abbott. I don't know how you feel one way or the other about Abbott busing people into their cities and the high crime that has resulted. You know, once they've had this wake up call, I even read reports that a lot of the illegals are committing crime where they know they can get away with it in the blue cities and then actually coming back to the red cities, so I mean it's really affecting them. You would think that this would be a wake up call from those on the other side of the aisle, or is that just a pipe-drawn echo chamber thought?

Speaker 10:

No, you're 100 percent right and I was totally in favor of Abbott busing the illegals to these other cities, especially sanctuary cities. I was very unhappy with Governor Abbott's lack of action for many, many years, but when he did that, I was on board immediately because we had to get this out to the liberal media. They had to start feeling it in these liberal cities and you just feel God is moving in this country, he's moving in the world and there's a separation of good and evil, and whether it's over in Israel against the terrorist Hamas or it's in Washington DC, with the Democrats imploding from within because of their own policies, and it's, this is an exciting time to see this happening, something that we as conservatives always wanted the liberal media to really be truthful in the reporting, and now they're actually reporting the truth of what we have been saying for all these years and they're actually going against each other. The Democrats are going against each other and it's so great to watch and again Biden is just imploding himself. No, this is an exciting time for our country and it's an exciting time for our state. We have a. We had an impeachment of a Republican attorney general by Republicans in the Texas House and that was just travesty. And we're going to have a big change in the Texas House also. That's why I want to be there, because a lot of those Republicans that voted to impeach with no proof or evidence, just for a power, political power play they're not running. So there's going to be a huge change in the Texas House. I'm excited here. I'm excited for Texas to stand up against the federal government. We do the right thing, god will. God will be protecting us and these other states are going to come and join us. So this is a great time to be alive and I'm just grateful to be here and I'm looking forward to to being courageous for not only Texas House, but for Texas and for our United States. Yeah.

Speaker 5:

I mean, and again, we're so glad that someone that would want to actually represent the will of the people is going to be in that position, because it was ridiculous to see that circus happen with Ken Paxton. I mean, I'm a big supporter of Ken Paxton because he was the only one with like a big backbone when it came to keeping pornography out of the schools and actually was doing something about it. I've been disappointed in Abbott and hopefully he is is ready to grow a backbone and do more of what we've seen him do recently. But you know people, other conservatives, they're just tired. We're just tired. We're frustrated that we constantly have lack of representation. I mean, just look at the Senate bill. You have actually Republicans that want to support a Senate bill that would give Biden total power over the border and I mean it's just, it's all this, this process, but ultimately it ends up saying that he can invoke emergencies to follow the bill or not follow the bill and any contests would go to the DC court and whether unconstitutional or not, I mean it's insane. What do they have on these GOP representatives, do you think?

Speaker 10:

Well, it's not. It's not that what they have on them. They might have something on them, but it's all about being part of the club. I mean, they want to be part of the club so bad. And the club is a unit party, whether it's in DC or it's in, you know, the Texas house. It's just there's a unit party, there's a club, and you want to be part of it and, of course, you get benefits for being part of that club, especially campaign donations from the establishment, from the lobby, and that's what it's all about. It's not. I don't know if they really have anything on somebody. Sometimes they do and but the biggest part is you want to be part of the club, you want to be liked and you want to act like you're smarter, you're more elite than the people and no better. You know, we're just smarter than the people. So just just go ahead and let us pass this bill because it's going to be good for the country. No, it's not, and I'm glad that people are seeing this. And again, the most simple answer is what Trump said he didn't need legislation to fix the border. He did it without legislation. Let's fix it first and then let's get some better legislation. This is the worst bill you could ever have. This is nowhere near what we need. Let's fix it. Biden can do it tomorrow. They ruined it in one day. He can fix it in a day.

Speaker 5:

Absolutely, and I wish that we saw more truthful reporting in the media, because it's they always leave all that out. They never give the context of wait a minute. Biden, in his first day in office, reversed everything that Trump had done. So if he could do that on his first day in office, why can't he reverse back to? You know Trump's border plans, which were much more successful, but at the beginning of the show I was touching upon our failed media and just basically being mouthpieces for the government. You know Biden continues to be able to use the media to say that our economy is great and that the border is under control and it's the Republicans that are holding back better border security. I mean, it's just blatant lies and gaslighting, but it does seem that the people are rejecting the so-called mainstream media now. Do you think that people are finally waking up to how gaslit they've been for so many years?

Speaker 10:

Well for sure. And again, Trump really opened people's eyes, but he had to be tough and strong and mean. You know, liberal media is more than mean. They're evil. But Trump had to and it woke people up and that's why they can't tear people away from Trump. I mean, trump did what we've all been wanting to have happen for so long a true leader with courage. And that's why they can't tear the people away. And I see the media is getting worse and worse every year. Less and less journalism. More and more they're just taking stories from their own you know their own club and their own. You know people they agree with. And less there's just no journalism. No one's even. You know local papers. Local is just as bad. They're losing money in media. Loose papers are not getting their money anymore, and you know this is a great thing. This is a great thing for people to be exposed the way it is. And this election is going to be huge. This election is going to be amazing for our country, as long as it's not stolen again and we don't know what the Democrats have up their sleeve. But they'll do anything to win, and so we need to be on our toes as Republicans and make sure that we don't allow that to happen again this time.

Speaker 5:

It's scary the desperation and what links they may go to. I mean, with everything they've already come at Trump with. That does appear to be falling apart, hopefully. But it's funny how you mentioned how they just all like the club, even the media club. I really want people to start paying attention to how often in these legacy media articles they will use the source of widely reported, because it's just so lappable to me that kind of emerged as, like it's been widely reported, blah, blah, blah. It's not a source. It's basically admitting that we're going to repeat everything else that our other cronies are repeating and say that's a source. I mean it's just unbelievable to be as someone that was in the club, if you will, for many years just how bad it's gotten. But I do want to remind people that you are running and we're grateful that you are Early voting again starts February 20th and running for Texas State House, District 19. Any final thoughts, Kyle?

Speaker 10:

No, I think, besides all the negative that we've had to live under, the tyranny we'd have to live under in this Biden administration, there is hope and I truly see, and I really have, I really have faith and that there's a much better times coming ahead. But we had to get through this dark time. We have to defeat it and then there could be some just amazing times ahead of us. And I'm not saying it's going to be amazing with Texas being part of the union either. I think it's going to be amazing either way, because if it gets that bad, we're leaving and Texas is not going to go down the ship, and I believe that other states are going to feel the same way, and either that's enough leverage for the federal government to get fixed and cleaned up itself or it's time for some huge change, and I'm excited for either way. I'm just glad to be a Texan and I just want the Texans and our governor and our leadership and our legislature to start getting proud about being Texas and not be so weak, because if we had weak leaders during the Alamo, we wouldn't be Texas. So we don't need weak leaders right now and unfortunately we have too many. So we need to stand up and God bless Texas, and I mean God bless America. I agree, I love America, but I love Texas yes.

Speaker 5:

And I love Texas too. Pretty new it's still here maybe about three years I've been here so far, but I'm glad that we can even have these conversations in Texas about maybe we should go back to being independent, and I'm certainly glad and excited that you're running for office again. We need more leaders like you. Thank you so much, kyle.

Speaker 10:

You're very welcome, chrissy. Thank you for letting me come on, and I mean, your show is amazing. I love all the stuff you're reporting on Great job.

Speaker 5:

Oh, thank you so much. Thank you, kyle, all right Up. Next we are going to be talking to Sharon Lund. You know there's no question that the courts are corrupt. She wants to do about it. She's talking about it particularly when it comes to, of all things, death. So we're going to be talking to Sharon Lund and speaking of Texas, you know what else is great about Texas? The beef. And, lucky for you, you can go to klbeefcom. You know the elites, all these crazies. They want us eaten lab grown meat bugs. Will they continue to have their steaks? Well, we can say no and we're going to continue to say no, but we do need to be prepared. With these prices on beef, so high and expected to continue to go up, we should be stocking up on shelf stable, premium beef from Prepper Aunt Naturals. You can go to this website, klbeefcom, and stock up on all American beef from ranches, like I said right here, in Texas. And don't worry, no mRNA jabs, ever. Speaker 5:

It's just so disheartening to see our justice system nowadays. Everything that's happened to Trump just highlights how bad it is, but it's been bad for a long time. You know, just because we are able to see it with a high profile character like President Trump doesn't mean that courts haven't been corrupt when it comes to everyday citizens for many, many years. This happens because of judges that are appointed or selected rather than elected. We need to start paying more attention to this judicial branch of government and how much it needs corrected. Just look at this new Senate bill that is trying to lay out that the DC courts can be the only arbiter of this new legislation. It literally says, whether constitutional or not, what happened to our supreme law of the land. This is absolutely insane. Well, sherri Lund she's the stepdaughter of Walt Disney and she penned this article for Fox News. It says how courts handle death is such a mess that even for Walt Disney's grandson it was no fairytale. Here's the article there. Sherri's a lobbyist in Arizona and has worked as an advocate of many family court cases, probate cases, probate reform and other major issues. She has worked to successfully have several new probate laws passed and signed by the Arizona governor and she has a passion for seeing that the laws are followed and that the constitutional rights of others are upheld. So welcome to the show, sherri Lund. Thank you so much for coming on with me.

Speaker 13:

Thank you so much for having me.

Speaker 5:

And, like I said, you know you're particularly passionate about probate. But how long have you noticed that our justice system is broken? I mean, I feel like more people are just becoming aware because of someone high profile like Trump, but there's so many other people that have fallen victim, everyday citizens. I mean I've had one on my show recently who talked about how nowadays people defendants are basically bribed into pleading guilty, even if they're not, because they're so afraid of them, because they're so afraid of the consequences. I mean, this is just not how our justice system is supposed to work.

Speaker 13:

No, it isn't. And when you look at probate family court, juvenile court, I think they're probably the three worst divisions. Because in probate court family court, the judges just appoint investigators, attorneys, fiduciaries, guardians, without the person getting any due process, without them even knowing, most of the time without them even being allowed to be present. So when I worked on SB 1291 last session, the mission was to take the cases from the very beginning of the case and make sure that people's rights were protected. The problem that we have is, like I told the legislators legislators we could pass 100 bills today, have them going to effect in 90 days, and what happens is the judges ignore them. The judges ignore the constitutional rights of the people that do process. They ignore the laws. So you find yourself in a situation where you have no rights but what the judge decides to give you. The attorneys go to court and lie in order to secure their position so they can be paid out of the trust and it's just, it's a mess. We see families kept from seeing their loved ones kept from seeing their children, children wrongfully taken from their parents. The state makes money off of taking children from their parents. So if you look at what's really happening. It's all about the money. In our case, it was definitely all about the money. From the beginning of the cases in California and Arizona, the judges did not care about the law. They did not care about what our rights were, what my son's rights were. They didn't care about the fact that, basically, crimes were being committed and we were showing the court the crimes that were being committed, but the court just didn't care because on the other side, the court's buddies, the attorneys, the big law firms have access to build the trust and to make tens of millions, millions of dollars, which is what happened in our case. So I see it every day. I work with victims across the country, whether they're in probate or family court, and it's heartbreaking. And you try to get attorneys to help. The attorneys go in that are I called the good attorneys that go in and really try to fight for the constitutional rights of the people and then they're punished and sanctioned and disbarred by the state bar. This is crazy. This is not American. This is not the way our country was set up to operate. Our courts, our statutes, our laws are just totally regarded. And I have to say something following the Trump cases that I was horrified to see the judges blatantly deny our former president his right to trial by jury, his right to speak to the court. If the courts can do this openly and publicly to our former president, it's programming the public that they can do that to all of us, and that's exactly what they're doing. And there is no department or agency to go to to get help. So if you have the Supreme Court of the state overseeing the lower courts and all of the departments the state bar, fiduciary board, judiciary commission on performance, they're all covering the crimes of each other. So what I've been seeing and attending these hearings, attending the fiduciary board meetings, it's just a crime. Syndicate is the best word I can find for it. We've got to do something.

Speaker 5:

Absolutely. I mean, and we have to toy with, like, what can we do? Because I mean, it's gotten so bad. You talk about what is happening publicly, what we're able to see, with President Trump not being able to even defend himself. He can't even defend himself in public saying I did not rape this woman without getting hit with a defamation lawsuit, even though you know there's never been any evidence that he raped this one. He can't even defend himself. But we saw this with the January sixers as well. There was evidence withheld that they weren't able to share their evidence. Same thing happened with Trump. I mean, it's all happening on the world stage, but it does leave you pretty helpless, because this is, you know, we're supposed to have an executive branch, a legislative branch and judiciary. This is a branch of our government that has completely failed us and has turned totally corrupt. Like, how do we get out of this mess?

Speaker 13:

Well, if you look at the state constitutions, they give the Supreme Court of the state the oversight of the lower courts. So our legislators will pass new laws, like we've been doing, will pass new laws, but then the judges say we're not going to follow that law, we're going to do what we want. So what I'm saying to our legislators and to Congress is our state legislators need to get a grip and say okay, you're snubbing your nose at the legislators. The courts are snubbing their nose at the legislators, saying we're not going to follow the laws that you get passed. And then where do you go? So the legislators have to start impeaching, investigating these cases, showing the pattern and practice of abuse, and then impeaching these judges. And then, in my opinion, the best way to solve a lot of the problem is to cut the funding to the court, because when you cut the funding, they've got a problem and that hurts a lot, but you still have to deal with the attorneys who are going into court and lying and getting by with it. So it has a chain reaction. So, in my opinion, the legislators need to pass a law that all state courts, everyone, must follow the law and uphold the constitutional rights of the people or face these punishments, and it should be harsh. We're not allowed to go out and commit crimes and claim absolute immunity just because we might be a politician or we might be an activist or whatever. No one should be able to cross that line, break the laws, violate someone's constitutional rights and then not suffer some kind of consequences. I think Congress needs to pass. Maybe they stop the funding or they cut the funding to the state courts and then Congress says we have federal laws in place that require all of you everyone to follow the law and uphold the constitutional rights of the people. But if you cross that line and don't do your job and follow the laws and uphold the rights of the people, there are punishments that they'll receive as well. I would rather see some of these judges who are committing horrific crimes against people and families actually just be taken off the bench. They should not be on the bench.

Speaker 5:

I mean this goes back to the ongoing theme of where is the GOP, where are the conservatives that have backbones? Because, as you mentioned, it's interesting that a lot of lawyers have to fear defending someone like Trump or defending conservative values because they have to fear getting reported to the state bar. Why does it go the other way around? Why aren't these other lawyers that lie and are actually breaking the law? Why aren't they getting reported? Why is there no consequence to them? Why is it always the conservative? Is it just because of who makes up the boards on these state bar associations?

Speaker 13:

I think the state bar is very one-sided and I also think that I questioned myself why Trump's attorneys did not disqualify these judges for breaking the law and violating his constitutional rights, and by doing that it would rescind the orders that they've already put out on this case, on these cases. But these attorneys are afraid. They're afraid of being suspended, sanctioned, disbarred. They're looking out after their own livelihood and it makes it really hard to properly and aggressively and zioously represent your clients if you know that you're facing punishment yourself. This is not the way our courts should run.

Speaker 5:

No, absolutely not. You said that there's a lot more power that the legislative branch can do. The legislators can do as far as withholding funding or possibly impeachments to get this back in order. But increasingly we have to doubt if we even have representation, especially with the debacle I've witnessed happening in Arizona with elections. I mean, I watched many of those Kerry Lake trials and it just made no sense to me the way the judges would end up ruling on them, I mean, and that was never fully resolved. So how can we feel about even elections, particularly in Arizona? Do you feel like there's been some solid changes made or do we just still have to see a sham election again?

Speaker 13:

No, I think it's the wild west, as they call it, and I think that, for instance, representative Alex Colliden filed a lawsuit in 2020 challenging the election. He's now been put on 18 months suspension and sanctioned, and there's all kinds of stuff going on on that. So what it does is send a message to all the attorneys that if you represent your client and question anything that we don't want questioned, you're going to be punished, and that is absolutely, in my opinion, beyond criminal. The people doing this and behaving this way should be removed. We need to clean up our system and I think, because we have a mostly Democrat state bar, that they're also looking at. You know, representative Colliden is Republican, so it's well, let's really, you know, push in and punish him, and I think it's wrong. I think it is really wrong. I think Congress needs to step in. It's there's no easy answer, but I think it could be simply done. I think, taking away some of their funding, congress passing a law that basically says all state courts shall follow you know the laws and uphold the constitutional rights of the people, because the courts laugh when you talk about federal law, when you talk about 18 USC 242, the state judges and the attorneys literally laugh because they're smuggling their nose at federal law. Wow.

Speaker 5:

It's just so bad. But thank you for being passionate about this topic and passionate about doing something about it. Is there anything that we can do to help you?

Speaker 13:

I think, just educating people that they need to know their rights because, in my opinion, if you don't know your rights, you really don't have them. You really do only have what the judges, police attorneys, whoever is telling you, because you're going to believe that if you don't know any different. So I encourage people to know their rights, not be afraid to ask questions, not be intimidated by their attorneys their attorneys work for them and not be afraid to challenge the court. We have filed more appeals in our probate case in Arizona than any other probate case in the history of the probate here in Arizona. We should not have to file appeals. If the judges are following the law and upholding the rights of the people and their due process, None of us would be suffering these damages.

Speaker 5:

Absolutely Well, sherri Lund, thank you so much for sharing your passion with us and giving us some direction on how we get out of this mess. Really appreciate your time. Thank you, kristi. You bet All right, Another quick break and when we return I'm going to show the scripture of the day. Speaker 15:

This is Sean Morgan with Patriot TV. I'm here with a patriot that we're showcasing, jeffrey Meston, who's a lifelong first responder and he's with the first responder 911 Foundation helping support first responders with PTSD. So, jeffrey, what do first responders go through and how does your foundation support them?

Speaker 16:

Well, thank you for that. Being a first responder whether you're law, fire, ems or dispatch you're exposed to many terrible things, and our suicide rate is 50% higher than all regular civilians. It's really based on the horrific things that we see on a regular basis traumatic accidents, suicides, homicides, drownings, cardiac arrest. What the foundation does is they help raise money to be able to pay for the costly but very much needed treatment that we received once we're diagnosed with PTSD.

Speaker 15:

Right, and so these challenge coins that people can get, they can actually give them to a first responder they know as a form of a thank you and helps your foundation raise funds. So if one of you wants to get one or more challenge coins, you can go to first responder 911.org and get them there. Thank you, patriots, and thank you all the first responders out there for your service. We're going to support you, god bless. Now I'm on the right side.

Speaker 5:

All right Perfect scripture to share just after our interview about the corruption of the judicial system. And here it is. It's from Psalm 33 five he loves righteousness and justice. The earth is full of the goodness of the Lord. You know, we are made in the image of Christ and because he loves righteousness and justice. Of course we love righteousness and justice, and I think that's why it's so maddening and so unsettling when we see the lack of righteousness happening and the lack of justice happening right now. Ultimately, it's going to be in God's timing to correct this, and you know we'll see what happens. We are in a fallen world and our country needs to repent. All of these people need to repent and return to the Lord. That's an overarching theme of the Old Testament is. Then they went astray and they repented and returned to the Lord. Well, I don't think we've reached our time of repentance yet, and so that's probably why we're seeing a lot of lack of righteousness and justice right now, because we haven't been brought to our needs. So pray for repentance in our country so we can bring back righteousness and justice that the Lord loves. Ari, I wanted to end the show today with a clip from Patrick David, a podcaster. That was on Bill Maher. You know, every time I think that Bill Maher might be waking up, then I realize, oh, he's just still not there yet. But he's just so excellent and how calm Patrick David is so excellent and how calm he is when he's talking to liberals like Bill Maher, and it makes excellent points. So I wanted to share this with you. So I'm going to close out the show with that, but thank you again for watching and don't forget to share the counter narrative.

Speaker 8:

I think the left falls below 200 level of consciousness because it's a lot of force and you better. We know what's right for you and you don't. There is no reason on the left, oh sweetheart, you are preaching to the converted here.

Speaker 17:

This is. I'm always bitching about this. I do know you're supporting.

Speaker 8:

Biden though.

Speaker 17:

Of course, because we only get two choices. I mean, what is so hard to understand about? About bad and worse.

Speaker 8:

They forced America to take the vaccine bill. 70% Americans took the vaccine and they didn't want to take it.

Speaker 17:

A lot of them, Wait, wait wait a second. When did the vaccine come about? Under Biden? No, under Trump.

Speaker 8:

No, no, it didn't came two days after election was over with two days after election was over with a Pfizer announced it was not under by under Trump. Oh yeah, you're right, you're right after the election. So they gave the victory.

Speaker 17:

That's right. Trump was not anti. Trump was like I created the back. I don't disagree with you, I agree with you. Oh I said as a victory.

Speaker 8:

I'm not the same page with you, okay, but but there's a difference to. This is the one difference bill. But may I say this, may I say this and then push back. Here's the difference. You know what the difference is? How many times have your Trump get on stage and brag about warp speed?

Speaker 17:

We say the hundred million people's lives, right? I just asked you a simple yes or no question. Yeah, not exactly yes or no, but who are you voting for?

Speaker 8:

I'm voting for whoever allows me to make decisions more, and not somebody that decides what's good for me or not.

Speaker 17:

Bro, we're not in a debate here. No, no, no. The left. I asked you a yes or no Wait a second.

Speaker 8:

The state of California and the industry. You're in force you to take the vaccine, so you don't know who you're voting for. I'm voting for whoever allows me to have more freedom with the choices I made, and we don't know that yet. It's definitely not going to be Biden. Well then it would be Trump. What in it? If it's between the two choices, what? But look at you. Are you kidding me? I it's not even a close call by the way you just can't own.

Speaker 17:

It is very weird, man. You know this. Like who you voting for? Well, the Constitution says it's two words Trump, Biden. I'm voting for Biden, I'm owning that, Do I?

Speaker 8:

think he's perfect. No, but I don't think it's not even. I don't think it's like that.

Speaker 3:

I don't think it's like that Would you say you're for Trump. If a person watches my podcast.

Speaker 17:

They're going to know who I'm voting for.

Speaker 8:

Well, if somebody watches a podcast, they're going to sit there. How odd that you can't just say it, because to me, I'm voting based on values.

Speaker 17:

I'm not voting based on, okay, but we know what the values are of Biden and Trump and their and their policies. We know everything.

Speaker 8:

The left, is about force. The right is about choice. I don't want to be forced again to have to do something I don't want to do. I get that, I'm.

Speaker 17:

You seem to think that that is the sun and bonum of all political issues. It is a very important one to me. There are other ones, such as one what's above force versus versus freedom Crazy person in the White House, according to who Again? Well, it's my opinion. That's right, it's all Okay, but set that aside.

Speaker 8:

Set that aside my let's go 2028 candidacy, then it's not going to be Trump or Biden. Forget about the name. And we don't even see a faceless candidate Put a faceless candidate bill. So we don't have a name right. That's faceless. What values are important to you, forced or freedom?

Speaker 17:

I, I, we're not talking 24.

Speaker 8:

We're going 28.

Speaker 17:

I mean, it's all good to be a reductionist, but you, I'm sorry.
