Is what makes us feel good and makes us happy. We want to actually teach you how you can produce more dopamine without reaching towards addictive substances like alcohol or crack, cocaine or things that can actually be damaging to your health.

Yeah, you know, vinegar has been long known to be a good cleaner. You know people mix vinegar and water and clean their counters and, by the way, this is not about toxins this particular segment but make sure to do that versus use the toxic chemicals that we have out there. That's just one idea, but vinegar has been used for a long, long time.

Let's talk about a new system. Well, they're bringing it on us right Now, in the state of 90% of all the central banks globally. They're going to come in with messaging like this is the amazing white knight on a shiny horse coming in to save the day, right?

Speaker 2:

Well, no, we can't say enough about this neurotransmitter, dopamine Dopamine. The production of dopamine can lead people down a pathway of addiction. Dopamine is what makes us feel good and makes us happy. We want to actually teach you how you can produce more dopamine without reaching towards addictive substances like alcohol or crack, cocaine or things that can actually be damaging to your health.

Speaker 3:

When I was a kid in high school back in the early 2000s.

Speaker 5:

Yeah, some of you are like wait a minute, just a private joke. Just a private joke, so just chill out.

Speaker 3:

Right, but on mine is this there was such a thing as a dope dealer. Dope dealer and that dope word was from the form of the neurotransmitter dopamine. Now, dopamine is a neurotransmitter that is produced in the body that actually provides a sense of reward, a sense of high Runners get a high, a dopamine high. You can get a high from exercise, but it's really a high that you can also get from sugars. Sugar drives the dopamine pathways has been confirmed by numerous experiments, more so than cocaine, go figure. This is why people have a hard time breaking an addiction to food, even more so than addiction to drugs.

Speaker 2:

That's right. And when we look at dopamine just as a chemical structure, in order to get the body to make more dopamine, we have to have the building blocks of what makes it, and at the root of dopamine production is going to be those amino acids. So ensuring that you get the right amount of protein every day and that you rotate your proteins every day to ensure you get a complete amino acid score is going to be very important for the natural production of dopamine.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, definitely got to eat your protein. You know right, the specific amino acid that drives the dopamine construction is called tyrosine, and who knew right? But you also have to have B vitamins to do it, because it goes through this cycle. You know this biochemical process called the neurotransmitter cycle. It has to have these B vitamins specifically there. We're talking about B2, B6, B9. And if we don't have the B vitamins that come from plants and we don't have the proteins that come from, like you know, eggs and fish and beef and things like that, we can't make dopamine and that becomes a problem. So the less nutritionally dense foods we have I'm talking the ones that are like high calorie, low nutrition they are not driving the dopamine pathways and a lot of people understand that when you don't have enough dopamine, not only are you not feeling rewarded, but many times you would be diagnosed with ADD.

Speaker 2:

Who knew that that's true. When we talk about dopamine, we know that dopamine acts on the brain and there's something called the gut brain axis. If the gut is unhealthy or it's dysbiotic, containing a lot of negative bacteria or unfriendly bacteria, perhaps all of the byproducts of that unfriendly bacteria are inhibiting that health of that gut brain axis and inhibiting the production of dopamine. So another way that we can go about the production of dopamine is gut health and by adding in a simple probiotic that can help improve the flora in the GI tract also can help the production of dopamine.

Speaker 3:

Well, no question, the gut, I mean. A lot of people like to look at that as a second brain because it does send more signals. I say north, it sends five times more signals from our GI tract, our gut, to our brain than our brain, since south, from the brain to the GI tract. So I'm not sure where the first brain is, maybe the gut, but the bottom line is with poor gut function and obviously this segment is not about leaky gut. But so many people today have a leakiness of the gut. That's true. It becomes dysfunctional where we can't produce dopamine, even without dopamine. You're going to see this increase of depression and lack of value. Are we seeing that today in society? You bet we are. And it goes right back to poor gut health, which is generated not just from lack of probiotics but from the poorest.

Speaker 2:

American diet. That's right. You mentioned something earlier that's just really, really important and that helps produce dopamine, and that is exercise. We are a sedentary nation. We don't move much. Sitting is the new smoking and therefore we're not activating our body's own pharmacy. Our body is made and designed to make its own pain relievers, to make its own dopamine, and in order to get that pharmacy activated, we need to move. We need to be more active. So getting things like maybe a little petal, a cubie underneath your desk, getting a sitting to standing desk, can help move more often instead of just sitting all day. Making sure that you walk from we've talked about this top, I'm walking from the car to the office and then back again, gets a little bit more activity so that you can get blood, oxygen and nutrients to the tissues.

Speaker 3:

Well, no question, I think you know, I know we have a vitamin A, but let's call this the vitamin A plus vitamin activity. You know, the more you move the more you like, the less you live, the less you move. The less you live, the less you move, the closer you are to rigor mortis. The bottom line is we need to begin to exercise more. There's not a person listening right now that wouldn't agree with this statement. You don't want to exercise. Whatever your meaning exercise, it could be intense exercise, it could be just walking around a block that says you know what? I feel better, I feel better. There's times where I tell people if you're having a bad day, go for a walk. It might not change the problem, but it'll change the way you respond to the problem because it changes brain chemistry. When the brain chemistry changes, we get plenty of dopamine. We're able to look at things differently, as opposed to looking at things from a slant where we can't pay attention. We talked about that a moment ago. So exercise, I think, is an underutilized drug, and vitamin A plus.

Speaker 2:

Yes. So to wrap a nice little bow around this, we've talked about nutrition and gut health. We've talked about exercise and movement Stress. We also need to make sure we get adequate amounts of sleep.

Speaker 3:

Well, there you go If you want to become a drug dealer. Become a dopamine dealer, not the negative way, but the positive way. Exercise protein, gut health and guess what You'll get your dope on and have a good time at it.

Yeah, vinegar has been long known to be a good cleaner. People mix vinegar and water and clean their counters. By the way, this is not about toxins this particular segment but make sure to do that versus use the toxic chemicals that we have out there. That's just one idea. Vinegar has been used for a long, long time. People take a little bit of a teaspoon of that. Sometimes I see people put it in a little water that mixed, by the way, but that is an antimicrobial, antibacterial. It's a good way. It's one of Mother Nature's way to provide this antibacterial process in our body.

We're talking specifically about apple cider vinegar. The apple cider vinegar that may even contain a little bit of the mother, that makes it a little bit murky or a little bit milky in nature, that has all of the healthful assets or benefits, not just white vinegar that's off the shelf.

That's right. A lot of times, even today, there's a lot of people that would even put that apple cider vinegar with the mother even on top of acne or something like that, or maybe to help wounds heal better. I think there's a lot of applications. It goes back to what we've said many times the answers to what we have need of here in the world are many in the world for us. We just got to know where to look. It's not always a medication, as you talked about, when you take an antibiotic. Not that antibiotics are always bad. We use them what we need to be appropriately and not overuse them. But you can get this collateral damage from those things and get other bacteria you don't need to have killed off killed off. But with vinegar it doesn't happen that way. We get the negative bacteria sort of more targeted if we're using that in that way.

Well, I have a lot of patients that actually use it as a digestive aid. It seems to help their digestion, you know, post meal if they take a teaspoon full of apple cider vinegar. So it can be helpful for digestive cases.

Speaker 3:

Oh, totally. I think the people have used that for centuries. You know, I was thinking that today when I was talking to somebody. Where did people get the idea to use vinegar for that purpose?

Speaker 2:

anyway, you know this is back before they had proton pump, modern medicine and all this stuff.

Speaker 3:

It's like I think that that perhaps God had a way of teaching people how to care for themselves, and probably still does, if we would just listen to it. And again, not knocking medicine at all. But when we look at medicine as the first line, the only line of treatment for things, we are making a big mistake and it's becoming a treacherous situation where we come in bondage to big farm. We forget the things like apple cider vinegar.

Speaker 2:

Well, and what we're doing is we're making a population antibiotic resistant. So we have to go back to what mother nature has to offer that is not going to kill negative bacteria but actually boost the immune system. So we can go from like apple cider vinegar to what about iconic silver? Oh, totally. We've used a lot of silver.

Speaker 3:

Like what about this thing about silver Can we saw that silver was a precious metal? Well, it is. But you can actually use silver as a way to sort of deal with this antimicrobial thing that can happen inside of our GI tract, inside of our, even our. I was telling somebody yesterday take a little bit of this colloidal silver and gargle in it and, you know, using that as a way to sort of help out with the viruses that might start or try to attack us at these barriers here. You can actually take silver and you can spray it up your nose. You can take silver and you can wash your hands with it. That sure does beat a bunch of alcohol we're using. I remember back in the days of the, the C word time, you know, remember that where people were just putting those alcohol wipes everywhere and people were just smelling like alcohol and I thought to myself we are bathing in toxins. And I remember clearly in the clinic we put a bottle of silver out there where people could take it and spray it and they were washing their hands in silver. And what a great way to do it. And this is something that kids can use. You're not going to hurt yourself. It takes you an immense. You'd have to probably drink it to get the blue man syndrome, you know, because you can get that. But I've only seen one person like that in my whole life. Have you seen people like that that drank a lot of silver?

Speaker 2:

I've seen a couple cases. But they literally were drinking it and it was not a safe grade to consume, so they ended up with don't drink silver like it's your favorite beverage. One of the other things that I actually do with silvers. I carry a very small spray bottle in my purse when we're traveling in the airports and you know, I'm not so sure that it's cleanly to wash your hands at the sink where all you look around and it's just a bunch of mess and debris and germs and bacteria you might as well just use your silver, spray yourself off, wipe yourself off and move on. Also, spray the toilet seat. I'll spray the handle on the doors just to be protective and proactive from what might have passed in there before me.

Speaker 3:

Well, another one that people use and that kind of forget about is a little bit of coconut oil. Right, coconut oil has a substance in it that actually will help out with some antimicrobial effects in the gut too. A lot of people put like a half a teaspoon or a teaspoon in there maybe coffee and it'll melt in there a little bit. It kind of gives it a little bit of a yeah, it's got oil, but it's a little bit of a sweet taste Pretty good.

And what about caprylic acid?

Speaker 3:

Well, I can probably guess it as well. You know people use that as sort of an antimicrobial as well. There's a lot of things out here within nature that people can use. I know people can use garlic Sometimes.

that's been well documented out there, yes, and even for heart health. Garlic potency.

The bottom line is there's a whole bunch of things that are out here for us that nature has, you know, including the vinegars and silvers of the world. There's probably a bunch of them out here that you're thinking of right now. What about that? We don't have time to go in all of them, but the bottom line is nature. Address the current industry headwinds in the context of a new system for harnessing frontier technologies for private sector innovation and resilience. They're going to address the current social vulnerabilities in the context of a new system for work skills and care. And they're going to address the current geopolitical risk in the context of a new system for dialogue and cooperation in a multipolar world. It's like what's all this talk about a new system? Well, they're bringing it on us, right? They've. 90% of all the central banks globally are now starting to issue central, or going down the path of a central bank, digital currency. Now they're going to come in with messaging like this is the amazing white knight on a shiny horse coming in to save the day, right? Well, no, this is not what it's about. All that a central bank digital currency is is cryptocurrency. It's a digital version of the paper money that they already print, however, so they can print just as many dollars as they want, right? Or as many yen or as many euro as they want. They can issue as many digital version of that currency as well, because there's no tangible backing behind it. So it's going to do nothing to address the inflationary pressures. But here's the deal mark, for you know, they'll say never let a good crisis go to waste. Okay, nobody would want a system where your digital social profile what you spend money on, what your religion is, who you donate to, what church you give to, what political party you give to, how you spend your money. Have you been vaxed or not vaxed? Right, all of this is part of our digital social profile, and if they don't like it Because it's programmable money, they have the authority to shut off your ability to buy or sell. This is what a digital social profile attached to a central bank digital currency does. So when they're talking about a new system, this is the system they're talking about. How do I know that it's not some other system? Because further on in their notes, they talk about how this is going to be a new normal, how they have to talk about a global coalition for digital safety, because there's big efforts that we need to tackle here. They need to talk about applying human rights to the digital world. Why? Because they know that their system is going to strip away our privacy, our freedom and our rights, and so they need to talk about how are we going to tackle this when we're going to have a ton of opposition from stripping people of their freedom and their privacy completely. So this is what's going on politically, and all of our investments mark are a combination of some puzzle pieces the political puzzle piece, the economic puzzle piece, the social puzzle piece. Right, they all get put together. And this is what I do and what we do at our firm, is put those puzzle pieces together and strategically put together a system to get out of the path of this hurricane and safely reallocate.
