Speaker 1:

Sick of all the negative news, but we have plenty of wins to share and lift your spirits. Today we're talking about the latest developments in a groundbreaking lawsuit against the medical tyranny machine, efforts to abolish another corrupt federal department and a way to stay in for the best health in the fight for our liberties. It's Friday, november 17th. I'm John Scott, filling in for my wonderful life, christy Lee, and this is the counter narrative. Okay, let's dive into the latest news headlines. One house Democrat who was president the DNC, told Axios it scared me more than January 6th. House offices are locked down as the lawmakers are evacuated from a DNC protest. The Capitol police said in a statement that six officers were treated for injuries Ranging from minor cuts to being pepper sprayed, to being punched. Sounds a lot like the January 6th narrative, doesn't it? Except it's not held to the same standard. Is anyone gonna head to the DC Gulag for this one as a terrorist? I don't think so. Another article coming out of the Wall Street Journal. It's time to end magical thinking about Russia's defeat. Quote from the article. What Western leaders, conspiciously, have it done and is level with their publics about the enduring nature of the threat from an emboldened Revisionist Russia? They have indulged all too often a magical thinking, betting on sanctions, a successful Ukrainian counteroffensive or the transfer of new types of weapons to force the Kremlin to come to the negotiating table, or they have hoped to see Putin overthrown a palace coup, a policy in George Kennan's classic formulation of patient but firm and vigilant containment of Russian expansive tendencies. You know, containment seems to be the theme there. This is what was said by many experts, experts on Russia that actually Were put down in mainstream media when this whole conflict came up. But it's very interesting, it seems we're going right back to then, that containment strategy that that worked so well for us in the past. Another article from Business Insider Sorry, new York and San Francisco. These four red state cities could be the future of America. Houston, dallas, miami and Nashville are poised to become economic powerhouses in the US. Americans and businesses are flocking to these places, often leaving coastal cities behind the future. The energy, healthcare and finance industries could be in these cities. Just as New York City has Wall Street in, san Francisco has Silicon Valley, houston has the energy economy, miami has the proximity of Latin America and growing financial industry. And while, as Los Angeles has Hollywood and Washington DC has politics. Dallas has a blossoming, Blossoming environment of diversified business behemoths. Nashville's a healthcare and tech hub, and I'll say even being out of Austin, texas From Tesla to SpaceX to Borne company to Metta all the major tech companies are down here as well. It's very interesting. At most, the merit is almost like those towers from the east coast, the west coast. It's almost like they fell into the south. In a way. It's very interesting to kind of see that, that reallocation going on, moving on. And wrap this up, we have a clip from Chip Roy that he um Well, just take a look at this.

Speaker 2:

One thing I Want my Republican colleagues to give me one thing, one that I can go campaign on and say we did one. Anybody sitting in the complex, if you want to come down to the floor and come explain to me one material, meaningful, significant thing the Republican majority has done besides, well, I guess it's not as bad as the Democrats.

Speaker 1:

Doesn't it feel like? This is how this is got to be what it feels like for the average America. Whether you align yourself independently, whether you line yourself on the left or the right, it seems like as long as it's better than the party that that I don't align with, we can't rely on the GOP establishment. It seems to do anything. We each have to do our part, and our next guest has been doing just that. Scott Shara has been working relentlessly to bring his daughter Grace's story to all corners of the world, hoping to help prevent anyone else from going through the pain of losing a loved one at the hands of medical personnel. More importantly, he hopes Grace's story will stir people's hearts to turn to the Lord, the only one who will protect them into eternity. He says grace, a 19 year old girl with Down syndrome, was killed by the actions of unethical medical personnel at St Elizabeth's hospital, hospital ascension in his hometown of Appleton, wisconsin, and he doesn't intend to let them get away with it. Please welcome Scott Shara.

Speaker 4:

Hi John. Thanks for the nice introduction you know, I was just gonna mention. That clip you just played is quite interesting because Anybody that even expects politics to deliver an answer, it's it's way past that. I mean, god is the only answer. And I am thankful that I have this opportunity to share these details because, you know, if we put any faith in politics, we we've been fooled so many times. How many times are we gonna keep being fooled?

Speaker 1:

Oh, anyway, we're always looking for. We're always looking for false savers, it seems in a way. I mean, I've always even felt that, even with President Trump, in a way, if you have your full faith, you know in an individual like he, like he's your savior. I never understood that on either side of anything. So, no, I very much agree with you.

Speaker 4:

Well, and Satan has set that up. I mean, revelation 13 has the two beast systems, the anti-Christ, antichrist, anti-christ system and the false prophet system, laid out, and that's. You know, satan has that dialectic trap that he sets up every single time, the evil versus less evil. And as human beings we keep falling for that over and over and over. And you know, the only way out of that is Through God's leadership, which is, first of course, accepting Christ as our savior, and then we have a chance to get out of. You know, we get out of the the blue pill by taking the red pill, but really what we should be after is Taking the white pill, because then we can see the real truth of everything.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, and you know it makes me think back, and I'm paraphrasing here the founding fathers, you know, saying that, um, you know, this country was meant for a moral and just people. That's what the Constitution was meant for. I'll tell you. Let's start off Scott. Again, it is a pleasure. I've heard Bits and pieces of the story from Christy. You know, over over the time period that you, you both, have met, and she's been involved with this and Meeting you, how about you tell us what happened to grace?

Speaker 4:

Yeah, christy fell in love with grace, and it's easy to fall in love with grace because she had Down syndrome. And not only did she have Down syndrome, she was super high functioning. So she you know, christy of course, never met her while she was alive, but she met her through my wife and I after grace died. And a lot of people, millions of people, have met grace now After she died, because we have a whole website dedicated to her story, her and all the research that we've been doing. Yes, you have it up on the screen, our amazing grace net, and she was amazing. I'll just quick tell the story right now, john to, and then I'm gonna share how she died. But we're going into the Wisconsin deer hunting season right now and in fact I'm gonna go bow hunting this afternoon and Grace was my hunting buddy. Yeah, and so it's. It's the toughest time a year to walk through is to go through hunting season. But even more important than that is the. What she brought to the table with hunting season is so funny. She, because she had a, she had a sense of humor. I thought she'd be a stand-up comic someday, and one of the times that we were in the deer stand together. She said, dad, I have a joke for you. I said what's your joke? And she said where do bees go to the bathroom? I said I don't know. Where do they go to the bathroom, grace? And she said the BP station. And I thought, oh my god, I can't believe she made this up. Well, then she takes it. She was so sharp, john, she takes it up to the next level. So then she said, dad, where did turtles go to the bathroom? I thought I don't know. And then she says the shell station. So then I got. Then now I'm into the routine that she's got going. So I said where do rabbits go to the bathroom? And hardly anybody gets this, but Grace got it right away and of course rabbits go to the bathroom at IHOP. So anyway, that's my little buddy sense of humor. She was so funny. She and she had a love for our Lord that was second to none. There's her with you see, her shooter to 243 rifle she was. She was deadly accurate too, because when I taught her how to shoot she never learned to flinch, because a 243 really doesn't kick. It was the perfect rifle for her and she was deadly accurate. There's a picture that I have it's not on the website that shows her pointing out that she got two bullseyes. And I didn't get a bullseye, but she's got two and she's showing me.

Speaker 1:

So what.

Speaker 4:

Go ahead.

Speaker 1:

I was just gonna say, you know, I just wanted to throw, throw that little piece in I'm. You know, one of my best friend is my. One of my best friends is my youngest brother and he's high-functioning autistic. And some of my best memories are with my brother and since I've moved I haven't been able to spend as much time with him. But now it leads me to another passion. With this of your story, I can only imagine how I feel. But please continue, sir.

Speaker 4:

Well, what happened? Grace's last day on Earth was October 13th of 2021. And in December of that year, so two months later is when I jumped into this fight. So I've been in the fight now almost two years and have become a full-time researcher and advocate. And you know what's the reason? Well, it isn't it isn't just Grace's death anymore, because I was not woken up. And I became woken up through the research and realize not only is there genocide, but the genocide is part of the eugenics program and we are in the midst of a second Holocaust right now and the population is completely blind to it. And what got me into that first is to realize Grace was euthanized and what happened, john, is, we took her to the hospital on October 6th and we had bought into at least part of the propaganda, the fear propaganda with COVID. We had never vaccinated Grace with anything, so of course, you didn't get the COVID jab. So we were at least somewhat awake, but we didn't know that there was an agenda. At that point we still thought we could trust hospitals they're a safe place that we trust the white coat, and if they would have just done what they suggested which you know, we took her there just because she had a cold and oxygen saturation at 88% she was fine. So if we would have never taken her to the hospital, grace would be alive today. But they said, well, let's check her into the hospital for three, four days, put her on oxygen and a steroid and then she can go home. I thought, well, that makes sense, it's a good safety. And I stayed with Grace until the 10th of October. I was taken out by an arm guard on the 10th and now that we have the records and we have the first ever lawsuit during the COVID era for a death during this time period, you know we've overlaid the records, the phone records, and you know we've pieced this whole thing together. We see now that they started Grace on a sedation med called Presidex the day before I was taken out by an arm guard and during the 47 hours that we didn't have an advocate because we had to hire an attorney to get a replacement. My daughter, jessica, replaced me 47 hours later. They sedated Grace instead of taking care of her. So they ratcheted up the dosage of Presidex six different times during that window. When it came time to turn the page to Grace's last day, the doctor even commented how well Grace was doing, which doesn't make any sense in that she was already sedated for four days, but we still knew she was doing well, she was still herself and she was at fairly high rates of sedation med. But Jessica reported our daughter Jessica reported her oxygen saturation the entire night before she was killed at 80 or, excuse me, at 98 to 99% when the doctor called us the next morning, the 13th. And here's really the sinister part of this. The purpose of the call was to convince Cindy, my wife and I to put Grace on a ventilator just in case. They wanted this decision in their back pocket, that we would agree to a ventilator just in case. And they frame that that these type of things tend to happen in the middle of the night when you can't get ahold of the family. But he's telling us how great of a day Grace had and let's work on nutrition and all these things. Well, it was. It was a flat out lie. He said during that call let's get her out of bed, work on nutrition, like I said. Well, they had already strapped Grace down to the bed and made her defecate in the bed before the phone call even happened. While we were on the call, he. He ordered the Presidax to be increased to the maximum allowable dose. Simultaneous with hanging up the call, he put an illegal do not resuscitate order on Grace's chart and that combination with the Presidax at the maximum dose didn't kill her. So they didn't get to execute the DNR protocol at that time, which meant they weren't going to do anything. So what they did next, john, was they combined Presidax with Lorazepam and morphine, which is what you use to euthanize a person in their last hour of life in hospice care, and they did that in a 29 minute window and that's what killed Grace. When it came time to revive Grace, jessica called Cindy and I on a FaceTime call, panicking, and she said Dad, the nurses, the doctors and nurses won't come in the room and we started screaming to save our daughter. And that's when we learned Grace was a DNR. And they howler back from outside the room she's DNR. And we scream she's not DNR. Save our daughter. And they refused and we watched Grace die in a FaceTime call at 727 on October 13. And that launched oh.

Speaker 6:

Lord.

Speaker 4:

It's a. It's a horrific death. Interestingly, John, I don't want to even focus on Grace's death because, as as I become an advocate, I have learned first of all of a number of very specific deaths, because I've talked with these people that are worse than Grace's. But bigger picture, so everybody understands the magnitude of what happened here. During the 39 month COVID era, 1.2 million Americans were murdered in hospitals, and so that number might sound small or large to the average person, but I'm going to frame it for you. We were number one of all 200 countries on the planet, and we were number one by far, and it was by design. And when I say by far number, the number two country on the planet with COVID hospital murders was India. India's population is four times that of the United States, yet their death count with hospital murders was 531,000. So then you look at that and say, well, what's going on? Well, revelation 1823 says that mystery Babylon, which I'm calling out as the United States, will deceive the world by its pharma key. And we have done that big time. You know, covid of course woke me up, and it's it's. But it's not about COVID anymore. This is a satanic agenda that's been in place. Satan's been working on it for 6,000 years, and boy has he been working on it. And COVID unleashed that agenda for anybody that's willing to to see it, and that's what we're living in right now. So, anyway, becoming by doing all this research and becoming an advocate, I've connected those dots and ultimately God opened up the door, john, for us to file the first of its kind lawsuit, and the judge awarded us a three week jury trial. Which interesting timing. The jury selection is the day before the presidential election, november 4th of 2024. So, of course, we're hopeful that all the presidential candidates have to deal with hospital murders Right now. You know, everybody seems to be focused on the vaccine agenda and nobody's talking about the hospital murders. And the reason, of course, is, you know they they wanted to keep the population calm. If we could get on all the mainstream media and share what I just did, people would wake up. You know, in a very fast period of time, and you know people have to be woken up in order to do something.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, 100%. You know, I was watching a few videos from what was it? The House Committee for Vaccine Injuries and it was with Dr Malone and then, I believe, another doctor and a lawyer to where they were kind of going in about the fact of the patents of the actual kind of, I guess, chemical breakdown of COVID-19. It's interesting that you know they're getting into more of. Well, you know they had this thing patented back in like 2013,. You know, in the DoD's involvement, in CIA's involvement in the production of these things. I'm fascinated to see where something like that goes to wake up the American public to the fact that, look, that our government really mess around and create this thing that put us in this situation and murdered all these people to begin with. That that's the case. I mean, if we created this and somehow, through negligence, we let this out, I mean I would assume that's what it would be. We caused these murders, correct?

Speaker 4:

Well, it isn't that. It's a maybe. We definitely caused it and it wasn't negligence, it was by design. And what's interesting about it is that where the hospital murders fit into that whole agenda is they needed to have the murder count high so that they could create the fear, propaganda and you know, as the truth gets uncovered. The thing that I'm mostly concerned about, john, is people fall trapped to that dialectic because every week you see it, if you're, I've been watching this for a long time and every week there's a new level of evil relative to the COVID agenda and it's being slowly released. Of course, they already know that the United States is behind it, but they slowly released the evil. So then people get sucked into this satanic dialectic, and what I see happening is you know, either one of two things is going to happen Either there's going to be an amnesty play or Satan is going to reinvent himself as the angel of light and the false prophet system will look like oh, we're going to hold these people to account, there's going to be military tribunals, and the thing that I would tell everybody listening to watch out for is exactly that, because the people calling for that are false prophets, when they don't acknowledge how we got here, and we got here through a slow but sure rejection of God, and that means the only way out of this is acknowledging the fact that we rejected God and repenting and when. So, when you hear all these solutions to this problem that we created, one way to tell if you should believe it or not is if they acknowledge how we got here and repentance. And you know, that's, that's my main spiritual message that I like to share when I get the chance. I know you want to hear about the update on the lawsuit, which I can go through next, but if you have another question now, I can.

Speaker 1:

No, no, no, no. We'll get to that in one sec. You know for me what got me with vaccines when I was in the military. They forced I joined the military right before 9 11. And then I was in training when 9 11 happened. And then after that, that's when they started hitting us with the with the anthrax vaccines. And I never question it because you don't question anything in the military. You step up vaccine in the side, step up vaccine in the side, you know, and you're getting about 10, 12 of these things. And then same thing when they give us the anthrax. And I always wondered if I was ever affected by the anthrax vaccines, because when I looked into what happened a couple of years later with the anthrax vaccine, I'm thinking how did they even give this to us? And do we even know truly who even let this thing out of a military bio lab? You know, but you don't question things when stuff like this happens. So that's kind of what put me off from vaccines and made me question vaccines was the anthrax thing. So when COVID happened, I was like, absolutely not. So moving on to it, why don't we talk about this ground-breaking lawsuit and then, please, what's unique about it as well?

Speaker 4:

So to frame the lawsuit, we filed the lawsuit on April 11th. We did something unique. I mean it's not all that unique, but it's unique in that it costs more money to file this way. We filed against Ascension Hospital and the five doctors and two nurses who are directly involved with Grace's death. And I don't usually name the doctors and nurses, but my wife is encouraging me lately because what's gonna happen is, as this case gets closer to trial, these people are gonna end up. You know they're cause they're gonna be in the public and they're gonna try to get jobs other places. So I'll just read them off quick. So it's Ascension Hospital System. Ascension Hospital System is the largest not Catholic hospital system in the United States. They're the second largest nonprofit. They're huge. They have 30 billion in cash reserves. They receive 10 billion in government bonus money just in the first year of COVID. That's how big this organization is. The five doctors who were involved with Grace's murder Gavin Shokar, david Beck, daniel Leonard, karl Baum and Ramana Murata, and then the two nurses, holly McGinnis and Allison Barkholtz. The nurses are very unique in a lawsuit because there's state statutory protections that you know. Nurses can't commit medical malpractice. Nurses can't violate the statute of informed consent. So you know to have nurses in a lawsuit is very important, to have the doctors in a lawsuit are very important. Why? Because if only a hospital is held to account you know it's kind of this nebulous concept you know to say the worst case scenario for ascension is the judge awards us a billion dollar victory. That doesn't even hurt ascension. They save a billion in a year just in income taxes by being a nonprofit. But if a doctor or nurse has consequences for their choice, that's God's economy. God's economy of choice and consequence means that individuals made choices and individuals who killed people during COVID and outside of COVID you know this case is way bigger than COVID is they need to have consequences. Why? Because our goal with the lawsuit is to stop the behavior. That's the simple goal. It's very it's. It's. That's the reason we're doing it. We're shedding light on evil. All right, so that lawsuit is filed April 11th, all the doctors and nurses and ascension had to respond by May 15th. They all did and at that point there was a motion to dismiss that was filed with the court and the judge heard that motion on July 14th. At that point he scheduled the three-week jury trial that starts November 4th of 2024. So that was a miracle. Well, what else happened is he told our legal team that he wanted us to file an amended complaint to discuss the battery claim with more specificity. So we did. We filed an amended complaint on July 28th, and so not only do we have the three-week jury trial, but this really makes it unique, because on July 28th, when we filed, we pulled out the battery claim as a separate claim. And that's significant, because battery means intent. And under what's going on with these statutes that were put in place before COVID is the doctors have a bubble around them an umbrella bubble, whatever you want to call it around them, so that they really can't be sued. You can only sue a doctor for medical malpractice, and even the lack of informed consent, which is a battery, has been looped under medical malpractice. So you really can't get these guys. The medical malpractice statute has a statutory limit of damages of 750,000. The statute also requires the doctors to have medical malpractice insurance. So if they get sued, all their legal fees are paid. So they really have no consequence to anything that they're doing. So imagine if you had no consequences in your job or whatever I mean if you have a child that they just got their driver's license and you tell them you need to be home by 10 o'clock. They get home at midnight. They don't get a consequence. What's gonna happen? I mean, they're gonna abuse it and that's what's going on. One. AM, they'll get a one AM Exactly and the doctors have had no consequences for decades so they can literally get away with murder without consequence. And it's a real sick system. And the reason I say that you can't sue them is because the limitations of liability at 750,000 makes it so no attorney wants to take on the case. Why? Because the statutory limit of what they can take is 250,000, one third. So the maximum settlement or maximum allowed the court can give is 750, max the attorney can take is 250. The out-of-pocket costs bare minimum out-of-pocket costs with experts in a simple medical malpractice case is 250,000. So what attorney is going to take a case where it's just a break-even proposition? If there was 100% chance of winning, and if you look statistically at medical malpractice cases, you'll see that there's only between a 10 and 15% chance of winning Ultimately. That's why nobody takes these cases on. It isn't that the attorneys are bad, that's not the point. These are not ambulance chasing cases like car accident cases. So now, with that background, john the judge, after our amended complaint was filed, that raised quite a red flag, because now we have the first ever battery complaint that the judge has to deal with. And that raised a flag. Two more motions to dismiss were filed in August and the judge set a hearing for October 30th, which he had, and we filed our brief in opposition, which I'm gonna read from on October 23rd. And what happened at the hearing, john, is the judge allowed our battery claim, which is a common law battery claim. That's significant. I'm gonna connect the dots when I read the verbiage but he allowed the first common law battery claim to be heard at trial, which means right now the title wave has already started. The medical malpractice veil has been pierced. The state statutory statute of limitations for medical malpractice has now been lifted, because battery claims have generally between a four and six year statute, where medical malpractice claims is a one to three year statute and, more importantly, punitive damages are allowed with a common law battery claim. So then the legal system, and attorney specifically, would be more willing to take on these type of cases because they have a chance for a percentage of the punitive damages. So it's fantastic. What I wanna do is set the stage, john, with. I'm gonna read right out of the brief in opposition. I put this on Grace's website and the reason I put it on the website is because attorneys and plaintiffs should already be using this language. We have already paid for the attorneys to do this, so why not copy and paste the language? This language is spot on, it works and it lays out the difference between a lack of informed consent, which is a battery, but it's lumped under medical malpractice, and a common law battery. So first, what they did, john, is they set the stage for the judge's responsibility to follow the rule of law. So what they did here is they wrote quote in analyzing motions the court should accept all allegations and plaintiff's amended complaint as truth. The complaint is only insufficient if it appears to be a certainty that no relief can be granted under any set of facts the plaintiff could prove. So what they did is said judge, you have to follow the rule of law. That's what you're bound to. If you don't follow the rule of law they didn't lay this out, but think through what it is If you don't follow the rule of law, judge, either you've been bought, you have a gun to your head, or you're trying to rule from the bench. And so, by this judge, allowing our entire case, including the common law battery, to go forward doesn't mean he agrees with us, but it means that he has agreed that he has a responsibility to follow the rule of law. That's huge in the environment that we've seen with COVID, because in the old school liberals and conservatives always had a different way to skin the cat but everybody agreed that we have to operate in the rule box, which is the rule of law. And that has been completely thrown off the wind with COVID and this judge agreed to follow the rule of law.

Speaker 1:

No, that's fantastic. It sounds like some justice for grace and other people that have went through these situations. It sounds like justice might at least this case could be heard correct and hopefully justice is done by this. I'll tell you. Scott, we're about at the end. I was gonna say we're just about the end of time. I feel like we could go for a whole nother half hour with you.

Speaker 3:

Is there any final word? Yeah, yes, sir, go ahead If I could just read this one more paragraph.

Speaker 4:

That would be helpful because what it does is differentiate informed consent between a common law battery. So they wrote imagine a physician who fails to formally inform a patient about the risk of a leg amputation, but the patient does agree to have his leg amputated. This violates the duty to obtain informed consent under state statute. Now imagine a physician who amputates a patient's leg without obtaining consent or even telling the patient or the patient's family what he is doing and in this case, removing the patient's power of attorney and parent from the hospital first, which was me. That is a battery. So that's the language that they use, john, to differentiate in lack of informed consent with a common law battery. And that paragraph should be copied in every single medical malpractice lawsuit so that the battery is separated out.

Speaker 1:

Scott, I pray the Lord's will is done in this one. I can't imagine. And look, I hope you're writing it down. Even listening to you, I'm thinking, man, this would make a great script as well. After the fact, I hope you're writing this experience, the emotion, all of it. I mean, as sad as it is what had happened and horrible what it is that happened, it just seems like such a tiring story as well for people that are going through things. I mean I like to think sometimes the Lord has a scope through things to give us the empathy to help other people as well. On that I wanna close. Scott, I very much appreciate you joining me. It was very much a pleasure I got to spend time with you. I know my wife has spent so much with you, so I'm hoping you're back on my wife here soon. You can talk even more of this, because I felt we could go for another 30.

Speaker 4:

I know we could. I got a lot to say, but I understand, there's always a time limit.

Speaker 1:

All right, scott. Thanks for joining us, sir.

Speaker 5:

Thank you, John.

Speaker 1:

All righty Up. Next we're talking about fixing the education system with Edward Bartlett. Now I'm on the right side.

Speaker 5:

Banks are supposed to be the safest placeholders for cash in the world, but in 2022, that changed. The Federal Reserve pulled out 2.5 trillion of liquidity out of the banks and the Fed also changed the requirements, so banks don't need to keep any funds on hand. This means banks are starved for liquidity and have now become very dangerous places to hold your assets. Get out of the system with the world's safest and most private assets silver and gold. Welcome back. Our next guest is Edward Bartlett. He is the founder of SAVE. He received his PhD from Johns Hopkins University formal faculty. Member of three universities and former federal regulator at the Department of Health and Human Services, he's an author of over 100 peer-reviewed articles and editorials, proud father of three and an avid bicyclist. Welcome, edward.

Speaker 6:

John, good to see you.

Speaker 1:

It's good to see you too, sir. Are you from Maryland by chance, being a Hopkins guy?

Speaker 6:

Well, I live in Maryland, but I've actually lived all over the country, so yeah, I've been all over the place.

Speaker 1:

I'm a Baltimore boy raised, so I was just curious. Cool yeah very good.

Speaker 6:

Well, it's a pleasure to meet you.

Speaker 1:

It's been a little bit since you were there. Yeah, I'll know what most certainly has. I felt like living in Baltimore for me. I felt very desensitized by that city, to where I thought certain things were normal and truly they weren't. And then I always had a very bad taste in my mouth and being the year coming on, about education. My stepfather was an educator and he retired with the Maryland State Department of Education working with state assessment tests. He worked with Creative Curriculum towards the end of his career and just I remember the dinner side table talk always just made me shake my head and not have much faith in the education system.

Speaker 6:

Well, I understand that and perhaps we can turn to our topic of concern. So the US Department of Education has been around for many years, used to be part of the Department of Health and Human Services, but it was split off at the behest of the teachers' units and in the main it probably didn't do much harm. But in the last couple of years, under the presidency of Joe Biden, it's absolutely gone off the rails. It's weaponized, it's politicized. Numerous programs Many of your listeners have heard about the student loan program. We're not gonna get into that now, but that's just one example of how the Department of Education is being used in that particular case to secure more votes among the young voters. But the issue I'd like to discuss today there's a federal law called Title IX. Title IX is a law that was passed actually 50 years ago and it's a very simple law. It says sex discrimination is not allowed in schools, whether we're talking about K through nine, k through 12, or colleges. So that seems to be a pretty simple idea. But unfortunately Joe Biden came along and said hey, let's jimmy the works a little bit. What would happen if we changed the definition of sex to include gender identity? Sex, of course, is a biological fact. Gender identity is a subjective feeling. So we're confusing and we're undermining the whole concept of a biological fact with a person's subjective feelings of what particular gender they feel they happen to be that particular morning.

Speaker 1:

So explain it just kind of for dummies, for those that wouldn't know in general what is Title IX supposed to do.

Speaker 6:

So Title Line is? It's just to curb and ban sex discrimination in schools. So I'll give you an example. Many colleges actually have scholarships and they say, oh, but only female students are allowed to apply for those scholarships. Well, of course, that's that blatantly discriminatory and it violates Title Line. So my organization has actually submitted over several hundred complaints to the office for Department of Education saying hey, title Line does not allow sex discrimination. Here. This college and I could list, you know many names is, you know, clearly stating on their website this scholarship is only designed for female students. So that's just one example. Another example is many colleges have leadership programs or STEM development programs, but again they say, oh, these are leadership programs only for females. Well, again, colleges are not there to, at least according to law, are not there to promote a gender agenda or a political agenda. They're there to to, to not have sex discrimination, so, anyway. So that's just one example of how Title Line and we have it. My organization has actually used Title Line and we've been very successful in forcing colleges to make these scholarships gender neutral.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, why shouldn't things come, you know, on their own merit as far as, as far as people are concerned? I've never really understood that. I don't even understand why you know this continuous need to push the gender ideology into, it seems, every, you know, every department within government as well. I was just watching a video the other day that had a but it was Matt Lee with AP and he was talking about the State Department having you know pronouns automatically, without your permission, populate in their email system. He's like what's the need for it? What's the purpose? I don't. I don't understand why they have to inject it into, into everything.

Speaker 6:

Well, actually, john, that's a very good question. Why, all of a sudden, do we have this, this, this media, about use of the so-called proper gender pronouns? Where does it come, come from? Well, I'll give you the answer to that question it comes from Marxist ideology. So Karl Marx and his enormous wisdom. He was not only concerned about eliminating differences of class, he wanted to eliminate differences of biology, biological distinctions, because obviously, if there are no biological differences between male and female, that that right there kind of eliminates the possibility of sex discrimination and that that may seem bizarre and weird and crazy, but really that's actually where this all comes from, this Marxist ideology. So it's being pursued not just in the United States but in other countries as well.

Speaker 1:

Edward, what is SAVE, what is your organization and what is its purpose?

Speaker 6:

Yes, save stands for stop abusive and violent environments, save and originally we were focused just on the, the due process issues in colleges. You may have heard the term kangaroo court, and the kangaroo courts are college committees that lack due process, lack the presumption of innocence, did not afford it, did not allow for investigations that are impartial, but anyway. But right now you're, you're displaying our, our webpage, which illustrates we have, we have obviously broadened our focus because this, this new title line proposal under the Biden administration, truly is devastating, and I don't know if you're able to go back to the top of the page, but that page that shows the, the, the drag queens, it's a couple more, couple more, yeah, that one right there. And if you could click on the gender agenda of those words and you can see how this, this gender agenda, is having devastating effects on parental rights, on women's sports, on on due process, on free speech, because if you're, if you're forced to use of students, gender pronouns, obviously that's compelled speech. Compelled speech is not free speech, okay, so, anyway. So this this is showing there's been so much, really, it's been an outpouring of of outrage from attorneys general, and that's what you're showing right now, attorneys general, there have been lawsuits. You may have heard of the. The USDA has the school lunch program and that's not part of the Department of Education, it's a part of the Department of Agriculture, but USDA started pushing this gender ideology concept. So if a school lunch program refused to tow the line as far as the gender pronouns, hey, you lose your, your, your school lunch money and really it's it's, it's that plunge, it's that unfair that.

Speaker 1:

That's the kind of weapons that that the Biden administration is using well, you know, and what this is, what the dilemma this has created for me and my wife with the kids, because we we have a 12, 13 and 16 year old and two youngest are the boys. Well, now we have an infant as well, so we're reevaluating them, a path we're gonna go for with her, but for the two boys, just seeing them come through the whole. Like a public middle school program and this is specifically in Austin the amount of the gender ideology that ends up in the curriculum is just insane, to the point. Every dinner conversation we have to speak, very matter of fact, about a lot of these things. Well, at the same time, teaching the kids empathy, you know, towards other kids, you know, and even their teachers that have the nerve to even dive in some of these places. To begin with, I remember going to a school board meeting and that's what I said, you know. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to teach, to teach our kids to have empathy for you idiots. Essentially, you know that you don't know any better for some reason, and it's kids want attention, so our kids, they'll do anything to get attention, especially, you know, in the busy day-to-day of your career and what you're doing now, even with Christie, with the baby, you're giving this other reason for a child to want to seek attention and the kids wonder about it. Well, why do these kids? Why do these kids get all this attention? You know, oh, so-and-so is by, so-and-so is trans. I'm thinking they're 11 years old. What are you talking about? And it's such a shame that they've injected that in with the children. It's always bothered me. I never understood why. I always felt that children should always have those natural kind of red flags of stranger danger like you don't. You don't go down that, you don't go down that path of conversation with children. You know you have your one health class that you take in what high school or whatnot. But what is the need to just keep injecting it in into the conversation, even as far as banning the books in the school libraries for the kids and then saying here's the banned books with a brown paper bag on them, don't read them. But they're in there. The kids are going to try to read them anyway. I could go on and on about this. Obvious, because my wife's went down this, this road pretty deep. But what? What is the future of the department education Edward?

Speaker 6:

yeah, well, before I answer that question, actually I wanted to say a couple words about gender transitioning that we haven't really delved into. But this is where a child in school and, of course, kids who are in school, you know they're, they're confused. They're confused about who they are. What do I want to be when I grow up, do I, you know? I mean, there's so many sort of identity issues that kids normally go through anyway, and then if a kid is having some mental health issues and then throw in this gender ideology stuff, that's a recipe for absolute disaster. And let me give you an example of what happened in Virginia not too long ago. This involved a 14 year old girl. Her name was sage Blair sage Blair and she turned warranty and she and she had had mental health issues younger. At a younger age she decided she wanted to be a boy, right, and so she just kind of announced that one day at her high school. And you probably won't be surprised to know, the boys in the school were not thrilled when this girl started using using the boys bathroom and so, anyway, so she dropped out of school and then but also remember, schools now have policies that keep these things a secret. They're not allowed to tell the parents about this, this gender transitioning, stuff. So, and that was exactly what happened to her parents. They were not aware, they were not able to provide support, so she actually left the home. She left the family home. She ended up being sex trafficked. She was taken to Maryland. She was put on drugs. She was raped multiple times. She was been taken to Texas. She was finally found and rescued by her parents, brought back home to Virginia, and her parents have now sued the, the school for for keeping this whole thing a secret from them at this critical time. But you know, I'm beginning to think. Well, how do you know? What are historical precedents that this reminds you of? And I'll just be honest with you this reminds me of the Nazi medical experimentation on kids that were done, you know, many, many decades ago. But I mean that's how horrible these cases are. I can tell you others, they're very, very sad stories.

Speaker 1:

No, it's such a shame. I'll tell you, mr Barrow, we're running. We're running low on time, so I kind of want to wrap this up what, where, where can people find you? Save services, dot org. Do you have anything else you want to put out as far as where they can find you, because I feel like we need to have you on again and talk further.

Speaker 6:

Yeah, so you've provided our web address very nicely and shown a picture of it. So, yeah, there's a lot of material. There have been multiple lawsuits. There are three presidential candidates Ron DeSantis, vivek Ramiswani and Donald Trump. All three are calling for the abolition of the Department of Education for these types of issues. So, yeah, this is a very, very hot issue and I would encourage all of your listeners and viewers to get involved. Go to school board meetings and raise a little bit of health.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I appreciate you joining us. As I said, I wish we had more time. I feel like I've done this with both my guests today, going a little longer than I would've, but I appreciate you joining us. Please, please check Mr Barlett out, and thank you for joining us, sir.

AMP Insider. I don't know if this country can be saved. The information war on any battlefield, on any physical battlefield that I have been on, has always been the most important component of war itself. So there were actually people in our government that were in the executive branch undermining the president of the United States without his knowledge, so that's basically an act of treason.

Speaker 1:

Okay, here we have Dr David Silverman, one of our AMP News sponsors from the Medical Board of ASEA, and he's here to talk to us about their products. Welcome, dr Silverman.

Speaker 9:

Hey John, how are you? How are you Good? I'm good. I hear an echo. I don't know why, Maybe it's me, but congratulations on the baby.

Speaker 1:

Thank you very much. Yeah, for the viewers that don't know, the reason you have me trying to fill in and emulate my wife with her new skills which I do not fill those shoes as well as she does is because we've had a newborn, so we have about a going into the third week. I appreciate that, Dr Silverman, absolutely. So why don't you tell us about our? products. I'm a little disclaimer. The product to the right of you, the blue bottle. I took two ounces of that this morning. My wife said drink this. You're going to interview this guy today and so tell me about what I drank.

Speaker 9:

Well, if you read the label, you think you drank salt water, but it's not. It's made from saline, it's made from salt and water. And just to give you a quick background, my background is foot and ankle surgery and I grew up not far from you, outside of DC. Now I live in Florida. I'm a resident of Florida. I still have a home in Maryland, but I like the politics and the weather a lot better in Florida. But 12 years ago I was introduced to this and I had a little education before I drank it. You just drank it. You don't know what it is, but my friend brought this to me and my dad was very ill. So I was motivated to know what this was because she had told me what it had done for her mother's health issues. And I trusted my friend and I thought well, maybe it was a placebo, but I couldn't afford not to investigate it because my dad was ill. He had a very grave issue that no one wants to hear they have in any part of their body, whether it's the prostate or the breast or their lung. So I investigated it, even being a doctor who was trained traditionally a board certified foot surgery, all my own practice, all of that. I love my dad, so I investigated it, and what I learned was that this is a breakthrough. I mean, this was much more than I thought back in December of 2010. This is something that allows people to take control of their health, and our system is set up. As you know, it's pretty much run by the pharmaceutical industry, which I don't hate pharmaceutical companies because they do a lot of good. Thank God we have them but it's just been abused, and doctors are trained to make a diagnosis and write a prescription or do surgery. They're not trained on things to help the body stay well or get well on its own, and so I'm not a medicine dasher.

Speaker 3:

I just I know that I feel that 90% of people who take medicines don't have to.

Speaker 9:

There are other things that they can do, but the doctors can't offer. Doctors aren't evil, they're just ignorant. They don't know. So here's what this is. Our cells produce what this is. This is called redox signaling molecules huge field of science. Go to PubMedgov. Put in redox. You'll see 400,000 studies and articles on redox, but most of them came in the last 25 years. So our cells produce these redox signaling molecules, but we produce. You produce it right now, john Christie produces it, but your baby and your children produce more because of puberty or mitochondria where we produce this starts goes downhill. They decrease in their number and their power. We produce less and less of these redox molecules as we get older. So when I was a kid, I produced this much 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s. I'm 63 years old. I produced this much, but I drink this and it raises my levels back up to what they were. I know we have a limited time. I know you're going to have a contact information.

Speaker 1:

So is that what the mitochondria booster is, what you're getting at? It's good for the mitochondria as well or it's produced because of the mitochondria?

Speaker 9:

It's produced in the mitochondria. So the mitochondria is called the power plant to the cell because it produces the molecule we burn for fuel, called ATP. But during that process, when I was at biology major University of Maryland and podiatric med in Chicago, we were taught that that was. The only purpose of the mitochondria is to produce ATP. But it produced these reductants and oxidants. That's what redox molecules are. And you see, as we age we heal slower at 20 from the same injury that we did at 10. And we heal slower at 30 and 40 and 50, same injury. But you start seeing diseases come on and what these molecules do is amplify signaling in the body, the signaling to produce antioxidants, the signal to the immune system. So the immune system can hear when you fall off your bike or break your leg or you have a cell that becomes something it's not supposed to be and rapidly multiplying into something horrible. If the immune system can hear the signal to go, take care of the problem, the immune system can do that Same thing with the whole virus thing. Right, older people were more at risk than younger people Once they started vaccinating children, I'm like. But so one of the genes that turns off as we age is the immune system genes. This turns that. This has proven double blind studies. It turns the genes back on. We had six minutes to do this. I can't do this justice, but fortunately, if people want to live younger, longer they're on this product and if they want to look younger too, there's a jail version of it. And watch wrinkles go away. It's as safe as water. But, john, I'll just I told you this earlier.

Speaker 1:

How could we?

Speaker 9:

validate that cream.

Speaker 1:

How, what, how can you validate that cream to make that? As far as the cream? How long?

Speaker 9:

would that take. So the way to validate both is the same thing. It takes 10 minutes. 10 minutes. This when they contact a person who they're going to give them the information. They'll get them more information and how to get to a Q&A to ask any question. They want a zoom. This it could take one day to 90 days. This takes 10 minutes. Anybody who wants to try to prove this, prove it. What they do is they find 10 people who are hurting and ask them for 10 minutes. Now, this is marketed for wrinkles, but I'm not. I'm talking about neck, back, knee, menstrual cramp. 10 minute test and all it takes and it's 10 minutes with this clear gel that has no smell, that has no greasiness, that I'm putting on my face, 10 minutes. Watch what happens to nine of the 10 people. Watch how many people say well, how did it do that? It's made from salt and water. How did it do that? No toxicity, remarkable, remarkable, remarkable. Once someone does that on 10 people and they watch what happens to nine of them, they know there's something very, very significant here.

Speaker 1:

Well, no, it sounds great. Like I said, I'm going to, I'm going to, I'm taking a trial here myself. So I'll be taking mine twice a day and I'm going to try these creams, especially for pain, as you said. That's about all the time we have. I do appreciate you joining us, dr Silverman. Thanks, dr Silverman. And presenting the ASEA product everybody For. If anyone wants more information on the ASEA product, text text Bridget at 662-255-4971 to sign up for a free Q and A. And that's about all the time we have today. We're going to end with the scripture of the day. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith, galatians 610. Thanks again for watching. Don't forget to share the counter narrative.
